We remind you that you have the right to a refund for the cost of the extra comfort seat, in the following cases:
- Alitalia cancels the flight;
- Alitalia changes the type of aircraft;
- You miss a connecting flight following a flight operated by Alitalia or partner company;
- There were technical problems with the seat chosen;
- Alitalia exercised its right to assign or reassign the extra comfort seats before or after boarding for operational or safety reasons.
No refund will be given if the necessary requirements described in the extra comfort seat assigning policy were not met. Refunds are not available in the event that you should decide to purchase an upgrade to a higher class, whether on board or at the check-in.
