Travelling minors

Alitalia, always paying close attention to its passengers’ needs, reminds that it is mandatory to show at check-in, an identification document for minors too.

This in consideration of the growing number of travelling minors, accompanied or not, travelling in the summer season.

We remind you that special assistance is dedicated to unaccompanied minors. Passengers between the age of 5 and 15 traveling alone who have not request unaccompanied minor assistance may do so by calling the AZ Call centre number 1-800-361-8336, and choosing the option “special assistance”.

The operator will set up a dedicated procedure that will guarantee special care and attention to minors, to make travelling pleasant and secure.
