To participate in the promotion please complete the initiative form and remember to provide all requested information for you and the child being registered under your account.

We remind you:

To participate in this promotion, you must be the parent of the child you are registering.

A child’s registration may only be associated with one parent’s MilleMiglia account. You must complete a separate registration for each child.

Each child will receive a unique identification code which will be communicated via email within 5 days of submission of the completed registration.

The email address provided by the MilleMiglia member at the time of registration to the promotion will be used for all future MilleMiglia communications. If the email is different from that in the MilleMiglia member’s profile, it will substitute it.

Alitalia declines any responsibility for false information provided by the members.
