Through this service, you can make purchases on the Alitalia site and charge them directly to your Pay Pal account.
If you already have a Pay Pal account, here is how to buy your ticket:
- complete your travel choice and choose the "Pay Pal" option on the payment page
- the system will connect you to Pay Pal’s secure server systems
- insert your Pay Pal account access codes (e-mail address and password), and after having checked the details of your transaction, confirm your purchase
- upon authorization by PayPal, your purchase will be finalized and you will be redirected to the confirmation page on our site
- after completing your purchase, you will receive e-mail confirmation of the purchased ticket* from Alitalia and an e-mail with the result of the transaction carried out by PayPal.
If you haven't already opened a Pay Pal account, you can apply directly online at www.paypal.com.
To request the refund of tickets purchased with PayPal's online payment systems, you can send an e mail to paypal@alitalia.it specifying:
- Ticket number
- Reservation code
- Name of the account
The refund of ticket, calculated on the base of the fare rules, will be recharged on your account within maximum 30 days .
