Yes. We do suggest, though, that you keep your boarding card and tickets until you have been informed that miles have been credited to your account, as delays may sometimes occur. Please note that miles earned with our Partners take longer to be credited and are not always registered straight away.
You have 4 months from the date of travel to request the crediting of the miles for flights taken with Alitalia or its Airline Partners (for example: you have up until 30 April 2008 for flights taken on 31 December 2007).

- For Alitalia electronic tickets, you can complete the online form
- For paper tickets and flights flown with partner airlines, send us a copy of the ticket receipt and boarding pass stub, clearly stating your MilleMiglia code, within 4 months of the date of the travel.
The crediting of miles related to services of the Program Commercial Partners used before 31 December 2007 will have to be requested by the Program Partner itself, as indicated in the Program Terms and Conditions.
Partners will then be responsible for properly transmitting to Alitalia the credit for these miles. The member should verify that the information has been transmitted to Alitalia by the Commercial Partner and that the miles have been credited to the account, by regularly checking his/her statement.

If you find that a bonus from a MilleMiglia promotion has not been credited, please contact MilleMiglia Customer Services and just send us a communication with the following data:
- Surname*
- Date of birth*
- Club* (MilleMiglia, Ulisse, Freccia Alata or Freccia Alata Plus Club)
- MilleMiglia code
- Telephone
- Message
It takes approximately 4 weeks to credit miles.
