Business Class with miles

Alitalia offers you another way of spending your miles: when you buy an economy class ticket (Y, B, M and H booking classes), you can choose to travel in business class if you want to. 

Just contact the Customer Service up to 7 days before departure and ask the operator for an upgrade.
