It's a service that allows you to pick up your boarding pass in less than a minute.
What it is and when you can use it
It's a dedicated service for who travels with electronic ticket to domestic destinations (excluding Bolzano) and Schengen* European ones and to London, on direct flights.
It’s allowed both with hand luggage and baggage to register in hold for departures from Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, Bologna, Catania, Florence, Genoa, Naples, Venice and London ; from all other airports, exclusively with hand luggage.
Where you can find it
Fast check-in machines are available at the following airports: Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate and Malpensa, Bari, Brindisi, Bologna, Catania, Florence, Genoa, Lamezia Terme,Naples, Turin, Trieste, Venice London and Madrid.
How to use it
To use the fast check-in machines, 3 fast steps with touch screen actions to be identified:
- insert and extract a badge card (MilleMiglia, Skyteam or your Credit Card: the card must not necessarily be the one used to buy the ticket, it's necessary exclusively for identification purposes)
- passport
- MilleMiglia member number
- electronic ticket number
On top...
It allows you also to:
- check-in at the same time for more than one passenger (up to a maximum of 4 on the same reservation)
- insert the Skyteam partner carriers Frequent Flyer member number
- change your reservation, if the fare you chose allows it
- choose your seat on board
- verify and eventually insert your MilleMiglia member number
- print the boarding pass of the Web Check-in (service available only in some countries)
- print the Telecheck-in boarding pass (if you are a Ulisse, a Freccia Alata or Freccia Alata Plus Member)
