Web Check-in
Web Check-in makes your travel easierOnce you have purchased your ticket you can:
- Check-in online for up to 7 passengers
- Select your seat onboard and change your selection afterward
- Print your boarding pass at home (for departures where the service is available), receive it via e-mail or collect it at the airport from one of the designated check-in desks or dedicated VIP lounges.
- Cancel your check-in
- check-in for itineraries with connecting flights, even if operated by Partner carriers (where there is an interline agreement)
- check-in for a return flight if scheduled within the same day and if travelling only with hand luggage
Important: for all ground service related operations, you must refer to your ticket airline code. Therefore, you must use fast check-in machines of each company according to your flight.
Availability of the service
Web Check-in is available from 20 hours up to one hour prior to departure. On the day of departure, please make sure you arrive at the airport within the set check-in time limits. If you don’t have your boarding pass when you arrive at the airport, you can collect it from the Fast Check-in machine, or from the designated check-in desks or dedicated lounges. If you prefer to print your boarding pass at home, please be reminded that the service is available up until two hours before departure.
Be also reminded that online check-in is not available for infants (0-23 months) and children (2-11 years)
Please note that the check-in time limit for passengers travelling from London Heathrow is 40 minutes before departure.
