How to have miles awarded

Miles crediting How miles are awarded
Every flight you take with us or with our partner airlines, or every time you use the services of our business partners, miles are credited to you automatically. All you have to do is: 
  • quote your MilleMiglia code when you book your flight or when you use a service of one of our Program Partners
  • show your MilleMiglia card in the airport or when you use the services of Program Partners
Booking classes for which miles are not awarded
For some booking classes miles are not awarded. Check the table to see which ones they are:

Missing credit
If you find that you have not been awarded miles, you can proceed in two different ways:
  • for e-tickets bought on Alitalia flights you can make your request online,
  • for paper tickets or flights flown with Alitalia partners please send us a copy of your boarding card and ticket, with your name and MilleMiglia code, within 4 months from the date of the flight. You can do this:
    - by fax, to 00 33 (0) 1 44 94 44 43
    - by post, to the address: MilleMiglia Alitalia, 31-33, Rue de Mogador, 75009 PARIS,
  • for services of the Commercial Partners, you will have to make the request directly to the Partner, which will then transmit to Alitalia the credit for these miles.
