mmgenerico_265x85 We wish to inform you that the MilleMiglia Program 2003-07 edition has now closed. 
The last date for requesting award tickets (using miles earned up until 31 December 2007) was 30 June, after which any unused miles have become void.
If you have participated in the ‘Loyalty Reward’ initiative (ended 30 June 2008), a bonus equal to your miles accrued under the old program and not yet redeemed will be credited to your new account.

Missing miles
If you notice that any flight transactions made between 1 January and 30 June 2008 have not appeared on your statement, you have 4 months from the date of your flight (but no later than 31 October) to request the miles to be credited.
