London: Alitalia moves to Terminal 4



London Heathrow: from 10 November Alitalia, with the other SkyTeam partners, will move to Terminal 4, where the ticket office and check-in desks will be located. From 10 November, passengers who hold Business Class tickets, or are members of Freccia Alata or Freccia Alata Plus clubs may access the new SkyTeam VIP Lounge (daily opening hours from 05:30 am until the departure of the last evening flight).
