The new Fast check-in service at main Italian airports and check-in time limit.

Please be aware that, as of today, it is important to verify the airline code on your ticket:

  • code is AZ, which means Alitalia, you must check-in at the Alitalia desk
  • code is AP, which means Air One, you must check-in at the Air One desk
  • multiple segment ticket (Alitalia flight + Air One flight), you may check-in, web check-in and fast check-in where it suits you most: at Altalia or Air One desks and on both websites.
