FAQ - MilleMiglia Program
Program comprehensive information can be found in the MilleMiglia website section or by contacting your Alitalia office.
The MilleMiglia Program lasts for 3 years, from January 1st, 2008 to December 31st, 2010, unless extended, in compliance with current Italian legislation on the subject of reward schemes.
Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus members can access all Alitalia lounges with any Alitalia, Air One or SkyTeam Partner ticket.
All other passengers may enter only if holding an Alitalia, Air One or SkyTeam ticket in Magnifica/First or Business Class.
Further, all passengers holding an Air One Welcome Card with Alitalia or Air One ticket may also access Freccia Alata lounges.

In Alitalia lounges where check-in is available, only Alitalia flights passengers may do so.
The Program will not undergo any major change. Further, the miles you have accrued up until now on your account and not yet redeemed will not be affected.
