Terminal change for Alitalia in Barcelona and London

We inform our passengers that in the next few days Alitalia its operations at airports in Barcelona and London

Barcelona: from 25 October Alitalia will move its ticket office and check-in desks to the new Terminal 1 at 'El Prat' airport. We advise passengers to check-in well in advance, as the boarding gates are about a 10-15 minutes walk away. Passengers holding Business Class tickets, or are members of Freccia Alata or Freccia Alata Plus clubs may access the 'Pau Casals' lounge (daily opening hours: 05:00-22:30)

London Heathrow: from 10 Novembre Alitalia, with the other SkyTeam partners, will move to Terminal 4, where the ticket office and check-in desks will be located. From 10 November, passengers who hold Business Class tickets, or are members of Freccia Alata or Freccia Alata Plus clubs may access the new SkyTeam VIP Lounge (daily opening hours from 05:30 am until the departure of the last evening flight).
