Fast Check-in

Check-in It's a service that allows you to pick up your boarding pass in less than a minute.

What it is and when you can use it
It's a dedicated service for who travels with electronic ticket to domestic destinations (excluding Bolzano) and Schengen* European ones and to London, on direct flights.
It’s allowed both with hand luggage and baggage to register (only with hand luggage at Trieste airport).

Important: for all ground service related operations, you must refer to your ticket airline code. Therefore, you must use fast check-in machines of each company according to your flight.

Where you can find it
Fast check-in machines are available at the following Italian airports: Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate and Malpensa, Bari, Brindisi, Bologna, Catania, Florence, Genoa, Lamezia Terme, Naples, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Turin, Trieste and Venice; in Europe at London airport.

How to use it
To use the fast check-in machines, 3 fast steps with touch screen actions to be identified:
  • insert and extract a badge card (MilleMiglia, SkyTeam or your Credit Card: the card must not necessarily be the one used to buy the ticket, it's necessary exclusively for identification purposes)
  • passport
  • MilleMiglia member number
  • electronic ticket number
You may then confirm the flight, pick up the boarding pass and the receipt.

On top...
It allows you also to:
  • check-in at the same time for more than one passenger (up to a maximum of 4 on the same reservation)
  • insert the SkyTeam partner Frequent Flyer member number
  • change your reservation, if the fare you chose allows it
  • choose your seat on board
  • verify and eventually insert your MilleMiglia member number
  • print the boarding pass of the Web Check-in (service available only in some countries)
