Job posting for AZ Sales Department in Amsterdam

We are looking for 2 Sales professional to serve the Netherlands market for our Company 

1)     One Sales representative (field – Sales OUT)

2)     One  Sales support (backoffice – Sales IN)  

ROLE 

Both the Sales Representative and the Sales Support act as members of the Sales Team Netherlands ensuring a high level of professionalism and motivation to reach the Sales Targets set by the Company. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Sales OUT

• Visit the assigned portfolio of Clients and Travel Agents
• Stimulate sales
• Promote our brand and product
• Contribute to the achievement of the overall revenue target set for The Netherlands
• Provide commercially driven operational support to agencies and corporate accounts
• Contribute to the achievement of the overall revenue target set for The Netherlands

Sales IN

• Support the Sales OUT staff with all backoffice activities
• Ensure that incoming calls of Clients in the dedicated portfolios are attended efficiently
• Provide operational support for reservations to Travel agencies and Corporate Accounts
• Manage, service and grow the group activity
• Issue tickets on behalf of Travel Agents when necessary
• Ensure that all office procedures are efficiently handled
• Issue tickets and handle payments for specific Non-IATA agents or Clients
• Analyze and process ad hoc ticket refunds
• Contribute to the achievement of the overall revenue target set for The Netherlands

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• Microsoft Office package (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Access)
• Internet
• CRS knowledge is a must

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Written and Verbal Communication in both Dutch and English
• Any additional language will be considered a plus (e.g. Italian / French)
