Telecheck-in MilleMiglia For Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus members
You can check-in easily and avoid airport queues thanks to the Telecheck-in service.

How to access the service
Ulisse and Freccia Alata Club members can access it by calling +39 (0)6 65644 (button #3) and providing their frequent flyer account and flight numbers; the service is available daily, including holidays, from 5 am to 11 pm. 
Freccia Alata Plus Club members may access it using the exclusive phone number.

When to use the service
You can use the service if are traveling with hand luggage on flights departing:
  • from any Italian airport with domestic or international destinations within the Schengen area (including London)
  • from Athens, Barcelona, Brussels, Frankfurt, London and Madrid with destination Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate or Milan Malpensa  
The service is available from a maximum of 4 hours up to a minimum of 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights within Italy or 50 minutes for international flights within the Schengen area (including London); you can extend the service to other passengers if they are included in your reservation.  

How to get your boarding pass
You can get your boarding card at the airport 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights within Italy, 40 minutes before departure for international flights and 60 minutes before departure for intercontinental flights. 
 

Telecheck-in service in Amsterdam

The service is in cooperation with KLM. It is available from 24 hours to 1 hour before flight departure for all passengers leaving from Amsterdam Schipol airport with an Alitalia ticket (AZ Code) and without check-in luggage.

Ticketing for Alitalia is handled by KLM, the ticket office is located in Hall 2.

Once at the airport you will collect your boarding pass at KLM selfcheck-in kiosks or check-in desks.
