How to have miles awarded

Miles crediting How miles are awarded 
For every flight you take with us or with our partner airlines, or every time you use the services of our business partners, miles are credited to you automatically.
All you have to do is:
  • quote your MilleMiglia code when you book your flight or when you use a service of one of our Program Partners; if you are booking on Alitalia site, we remind you to quote your code in the box within the 'Ticket details' page, as in the example below:


     
  • show your MilleMiglia card in the airport or when you use the services of Program Partners 
Booking classes for which miles are not awarded
For some booking classes miles are not awarded. Check the table to see which ones they are:

Missing credit
Should you notice that miles are missing from your statement, you can request to have them credited in two ways: 
  • For Alitalia electronic tickets, you can complete the online form 
  • For paper tickets and flights flown with partner airlines, send us a copy of the ticket receipt and boarding pass stub, clearly stating your MilleMiglia code, within 4 months of the date of the travel.
  • For services of the Commercial Partners, you will have to make the request directly to the Partner, which will then transmit to Alitalia the credit for these miles.
