Online Services

MilleMiglia Program offers you several online services.

  • Award Ticket
    You can request your Standard, Flex and One-way award ticket, operated by Alitalia, in Economy Class for a maximum of 4 passengers.
    Moreover, with the online calendar you’ll find during the booking process, you can easily check the availability of the flights you wish you book.
  • Statement
    Here you can see a summary of all your flights and the MilleMiglia Partner services that you have used, the details of miles accumulated and used, and your last 20 operations, sorted by type and by time period.
  • Miles Request
    A service allowing MilleMiglia members to request miles that have not been credited, for flights flown on an electronic ticket with Alitalia and Partner airlines.
  • Your profile
    With this service you can change your personal information and flight preferences whenever you want: address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, meal and seat on board.
    Keeping this section constantly updated means that we can offer you an increasingly personalised and satisfying service.
  • Buy Miles
    Only a few miles short to book an award? From now on, you have the ability to immediately buy the miles you need, purchase miles as a gift or transfer your miles to friends or family members. 

How to access

After Login (by entering your MilleMiglia code or nickname chosen to replace it, and the secret PIN code), you access the 'dedicated services' section, where you’ll find the required service.
If you can't remember your PIN number, use the 'Get your PIN'  function on the website: your PIN number will be sent to you at the e-mail address you gave us.
If you haven’t received your PIN number or if you have forgotten the e-mail address in your profile, contact your local MilleMiglia Customer Service.
