Once you have successfully completed the login process, you will have access to all services dedicated to Alitalia Agents members. You may book and purchase tickets for your clients and apply your service fee, access a full report of your transactions, and update your password information.
Please note, the service fee field is offered for the sole purpose of creating an invoice for the customer with the mark-up/service fee included in the total amount. This service fee/mark-up amount will not be billed to the customer's credit card by Alitalia. Travel agents are responsible for charging their fees separately through a merchant agreement, ARC TASF or in collecting the fee directly from the purchaser in the form of a check.
