Program Information

The Alicorporate Program acts as a frequent flyer program for your company. While your company earns points towards travel rewards, your employees continue to earn points on their personal accounts in any applicable frequent flyer program, including Delta’s SkyMiles, Continental's OnePass and Northwest's WorldPerks. It’s a win-win opportunity!

Step 1 - REGISTER ONLINE: register your company online to participate in the program, designating an official contact person for all account management matters. Your company will be given an ID number and you will select a Username and Password.

Step 2 - BOOK TRAVEL ON ALITALIA: when your company is ready to book travel, you may either book with your preferred travel agent or directly with Alitalia.

To book with Alitalia, have your ID number handy and simply call Alitalia’s Corporate Support Desk at 877-640-4752, between 9am and 5pm, EST or email them at corporatedesk@alitalia.it. Inform the agent that you are a member of Alicorporate and request fare and availability information.

If you prefer to work with a travel agent, simply download and complete the attached Microsoft Word or PDF document entitled Agency Issued Ticket Claim Form and have your official contact person submit your record of tickets purchased on Alitalia.

Step 3 - EARN POINTS TOWARDS REWARDS: your company will be awarded points relating to the fare and itinerary that you purchase (see chart on Point Accrual Chart page). These points are good towards upgrades and future travel on Alitalia. You can review your company’s accumulation and usage of points just by logging on to this site and checking your account activity. 


PROGRAM REWARDS AND BENEFITS:

- 2100 points: upgrade from applicable Economy class fares to Magnifica Class, Alitalia's plush premium service.

- 3500 points: free Economy class ticket.

- 6000 points: free Magnifica Class ticket - just 4 business class tickets will earn your company a free ticket.

- Access to a special 20% discount on published Alitalia business class fares in J class.


REDEEMING REWARDS:
Only a company's official contact person may request rewards on behalf of a company. Simply download and complete the attached Microsoft Word or PDF document entitled Reward Claim Form and fax it to the Corporate Support Desk at 212-903-3555. An agent will contact you to confirm the information and book the reward. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days to redeem rewards.


MILLEMIGLIA FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM:
MilleMiglia is Alitalia's frequent flyer program. Employees of companies that join Alicorporate are able to earn personal points for travel on Alitalia and are encouraged to join MilleMiglia.

MilleMiglia offers two premium membership levels: Club Ulisse and Freccia Alata. Both levels provide members with a wide range of benefits, including access to VIP lounges, preferred check-in and extra-baggage allowance.
