How to book the flight
To book flights and purchase tickets at the terms and conditions exclusively defined for event participants where Alitalia is the Official Carrier, please read the instructions below on how to use your ID EVENT code and obtain the online discount by means of an e-Coupon, that will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

e-Coupon – Alitalia Mice
Alitalia is offering discounts online by means of e-Coupons for events registered at Alitalia Mice. The e-Coupon is your ID EVENT code. By entering the code in the field provided during the booking process on the Alitalia website, you will obtain an immediate discount on your purchase.   

Below is an example of the e-Coupon field you will find during the booking process:   

  

Please note that the discount is applicable only to tickets booked and paid for at the same time, only for participants attending an event registered at Alitalia Mice. Once the code is entered, the price of the ticket is re-calculated and shown on screen with the applied discount.
