- all flights, operated by Alitalia, to/from destinations where e-tickets are available
- a few flights, where e-tickets are available, operated by other airlines in codesharing with Alitalia
- from now on, flights operated by Air One to/from destinations where e-tickets are available.
You can buy tickets online for a maximum of 7 passengers over 2 years old (of which one at least adult) and of as many children from 0 to 23 months as many are the corresponding adults.

If you reach the last step of the online purchase process called 'Receipt' it means it has been successful. This page shows the purchase corresponding receipt that you must print and take with you for travel and show at check-in desks.

An e-Coupon is an alfanumeric discount code (made up of letters and numbers) which gives you a further discount on tickets purchased on the Alitalia website. After selecting destination and flights, during the purchase process an e-Coupon space will appear where you will digit the code given, shown in the website page that describes the ongoing promotion. Once typed, the fare is recalculated with the e-Coupon discount amount.

Yes, your ticket will still be valid if the destination is part of our network. If it will no longer be served by us we will proceed and book you on another flight or refund your ticket.
