Update regarding ticket refunds

We would like to inform that, starting September 15, 2009, the fuel surcharge (YQ) will be refunded based on the fare rule applicable at the time of purchase, according to the Passenger Rights Charter issued by the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC).


This rule is valid for the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Egypt, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Lebanon, Morocco, Nigeria, Oland, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Syria, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, United kingdom, United States, Ukraine.
