Your MilleMiglia Statement

Going from the old to the new Program
From 1 January to 30 June 2008, the members in the old version of the Program (2003-2007 edition) will have two miles accounts:

• Account 2007 (for the 2003-2007 Program) that has their residual miles as of 31 December 2007 and that can be used until 30 June 2008; 
• Account 2008 (for the new 2008-2010 edition) that has the miles earned and spent starting on 1 January 2008.

During this time period, the members may spend their miles in their Account 2007 to request award tickets based on the 2007 table and the miles in their Account 2008 to request award tickets based on the table for the new Program.

The miles in the two accounts cannot be combined to request award tickets. The 'One-way' award ticket must be requested exclusively using the miles earned from 1 January and cannot in any way be combined with the residual Account 2007 miles.

Starting on July 2008, Account 2007 will be definitively closed and the residual miles will be voided. Members who have participated in the 'Loyalty Rewarded' promotion will receive a credit in their Account 2008 in the amount of their residual miles as of 30 June 2008.

It's important to know that...
The new edition of the MilleMiglia Program will last 3 years, from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2010, unless extended. If a member does not earn any miles with Alitalia, the Program’s Airline Partners or Business Partners during a 24-month period, Alitalia reserves the right to close the member’s account and void the miles in it.
