We apologize for the mishandling of your baggage and understand the inconvenience this is causing you.   Please be assured that we will do all possible to assist you in this situation. Your baggage details have been entered into our worldwide computerized Baggage Tracing System.

In order to help us return your baggage to you as quickly as possible, please make sure that your name, address and baggage description are correct. If any part of your information has changed, or if after reviewing your file you have any corrections, it would be appreciated if you notify us immediately so we can update your file accordingly.

Once your baggage has been retrieved, we will advise you and then arrange a convenient time for delivery.
