Volobus

Volobus is a shuttle service linking Turin-Malpensa-Turin, operated by Alitalia together with Autoservizi Novarese. A convenient service for Alitalia passengers who are leaving from or arriving at Malpensa airport.   

Comfortable transfer
The Volobus service uses deluxe 49-seat coaches (41 in Economy class and 8 in Business Class), all with air conditioning and toilets, refreshments, videos, as well as Italian and foreign newspapers and magazines, and assigned seats. 
What's more, there's a welcome drink and three audio channels for Business Class passengers.   

Remember to ask for this service when you buy your air ticket at Alitalia ticket offices or your travel agent. Otherwise, up to 1 hour before your departure, you can request the e-ticket also for the Volobus by calling the Call Center. 

Volobus at Turin

• Tickets
  Request Volobus at the moment you buy your air ticket, or go to the Alitalia ticket office at the Turin Caselle airport or contact the Call Center for the e-ticket, because in the 8Gallery Shopping Mall there is no ticketing service available. 
• Check-in
  You will be able to go through check-in operations and get your boarding card at 8Gallery Shopping Mall, Nizza Street n. 230, Turin.   

Times for check-in:
06.00 - 06.55: every day 
09.50 - 10.50: every day, except Monday end Thursday 
16.15 - 17.15: every day  

Time limit for check-in: 45 min.

Journey time: 2 hrs.

Volobus at Malpensa

• Tickets 
  Request Volobus at the moment you buy your air ticket, or go to the Alitalia ticket office located in the departure area of Malpensa airport or contact the Call Center for the e-ticket.
• Arrivals and departures
  Volobus arriving from Turin: at the departures area, Malpensa Terminal 1, second floor
  Volobus departure from Malpensa: at the arrivals area, Terminal 1, ground floor, exit 4, parking area no. 23
• Baggage check
  If you are arriving from other domestic/international destinations and you have already checked in for the Volobus, you are requested to collect your baggage at Malpensa airport before boarding the coach
  If you have not checked in for the Malpensa-Turin journey, you can do so at the Alitalia check-in desks
