After having checked in via Web Check-in, take the luggage you want put in the hold to the special Drop Off desks, if present, or to the Business Class check-in desk.
Unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers must check in at the airport check-in desk, where they will be assisted by trained staff.

RECEIVE YOUR BOARDING PASS DIRECTLY TO YOUR PHONE VIA TEXT MESSAGE.
The service is available for single flights to the main Italian airports and some European destinations.
HOW
Connect to http://m.alitalia.com and type in your data and the MilleMiglia code or the booking number on your ticket. When check-in is completed, you will receive a text message with the link to your electronic boarding pass, with barcode.
Show the barcode at the security checkpoints and the gate when boarding.

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE
The service is for members of Ulisse and Freccia Alata, who can call 0032 25511122, while Freccia Alata Plus members traveling on the following routes should call their reserved number.

You can use the service anytime from 4 hours to 40 minutes prior to the departure of your domestic flight and up to 50 minutes prior to the departure of your medium-haul international flight (Schengen area and London).
RETRIEVING YOUR BOARDING PASS
Pick up your boarding pass at the airport within 30, 40 or 60 minutes for domestic, medium-haul or long-haul international flights respectively at the Alitalia Lounge (CFA and CFAPlus members), at check-in desks (Ulisse members) or from the Fast Check-in kiosk.
