- This initiative is limited only to MilleMiglia members. If you aren't already a member, you can join for free by visiting www.alitalia.com or calling, if you are in Italy, the Customer Center at 89 20 10. In other countries, you can contact the dedicated MILLEMIGLIA MEMBER SERVICE.
- Only customers selected by Alitalia who have received written notice about the offer may participate in this promotion.
- The "Freccia Alata ForYou" card cannot be registered to existing Freccia Alata or Freccia Alata Plus members holding a valid card.
- The deadline to request the activation of the "Freccia Alata ForYou" card has been moved to September 30, 2013 for Freccia Alata Plus Club passengers whose membership expires on December 31, 2013.
- On the "Freccia Alata ForYou" form, enter your information along with the first and last name of the member who gave you this voucher, along with the promotional code given. To proceed, click "Send."
- The "Freccia Alata ForYou" card will only be given if all information provided is correct.
- The "Freccia Alata ForYou" card has the same expiry date as that of the Freccia Alata Plus membership of the person who has given you the voucher.
- A confirmation message will be sent to your email address. You'll receive your "Freccia Alata ForYou" card within four weeks from the date of activation. The card will be delivered to the mailing address you have registered to receive information about the Program.
- The promotional code is not transferable and may be used only once. If it is lost, it cannot be reissued. In case of multiple activation attempts, only the first request will be considered valid and will be accepted by Alitalia.
