ALITALIA Reprotection policy due to Malev operation suspension

In relation with the latest events regarding Malev flights suspension from February 3^rd 2012, Alitalia would like to assure all passengers booked and holding an Alitalia ticket (ticket number starting with 055), to provide them the maximum assistance.

Our passengers will be rebooked on flights operated by Alitalia, Airone and our other airline partners via different Hubs of Sky Team Alliance (Prague, Amsterdam, Paris) or from Vienna on Alitalia flights, to provide the most convenient way to their final destination.

Conditions of reprotection:

- Re-booking and Re-routing must be changed no later than 15 days after the original flight.
- Travel must be completed within ticket validity or within 15 days from the original flight.
- Full Refund without any penalty of completely/partially unused ticket in the original form of payment.
