Alitalia informs that customers’ data collect and processing operations are necessary to manage the participation of the customers themselves to Alitalia’s frequent flyer award plan, named "Programma MilleMiglia Alitalia" (hereinafter, for sake of brevity, "Programma" or "MilleMiglia") according to the conditions provided by the related Regulation.

The correct performance of said operations entails Alitalia personnel involved with commercial offices closely connected with the "Programma", as well as third party services providers involved in the same, to have access to such data in their respective capacities, the first, as "Person in Charge of the Processing" and, the seconds, as "Data Processor". 

Alitalia, as "Data Controller", for the aforementioned data, managed mostly through computerized system, informs that the data themselves will be exclusively utilised for the purposes concerning the participation at the Programma.

Alitalia, finally, informs that to the interested customers, besides the right to access to their own data, is granted the right to object to the related processing operations on the grounds provided for by the applicable legislation.
