Expiration of miles
A new edition of the MilleMiglia Program was launched on January 1, 2013. Membership has been automatically renewed, keeping the same customer code for each member.
Qualifying miles earned between January 1 and December 31, 2013, can be used to join or renew membership to the Ulisse, Freccia Alata and Freccia Alata Plus Exclusive Clubs throughout 2014.
Access to Exclusive Clubs is also calculated based on the number of qualifying flights taken in 2013.
The 2013-2015 MilleMiglia Regulations also stipulate the expiration of miles due to account inactivity: if no miles earned with Alitalia or one of the Program's commercial or airline partners are registered on the Member's account over a period of 24 months, any miles present will be deleted. To check if your miles are about to expire, see your account statement and check the date of your last activity or call MilleMiglia Customer Service.
To confirm your miles, perform any activity that earns miles, before the deadline. Simply fly with Alitalia or one of the Partner Airlines, or else make use of a service provided by any of the Program's Business Partners.
