Web check-in
Web Check-in makes your travel easierOnce you have purchased your ticket you can:
- Check-in online for up to 7 passengers
- Select your seat onboard and change your selection afterward
- Print your boarding pass at home (for departures where the service is available), receive it via e-mail or collect it at the airport from one of the designated check-in desks or dedicated VIP lounges.
- Cancel your check-in
Web check-in is available from 20 hours up to one hour prior to departure. On the day of departure, please make sure you arrive at the airport within the set check-in time limits. If you don’t have your boarding pass when you arrive at the airport, you can collect it from the fast check-in machine, or from the designated check-in desks or dedicated lounges. If you prefer to print your boarding pass at home, please be reminded that the service is available up until two hours before departure.
Please note that the check-in time limit for passengers travelling from London Heathrow is 40 minutes before departure.

- Milan Linate: desk 3, located in the Alitalia departure lounge, opposite the fast check-in machines.
- Milan Malpensa: desks 401, 501.
- Bologna: desk assigned daily (please check at the airport on date of travel).
- Catania: desk 21, located opposite the fast check-in machines.
- Florence: desk 2 (dedicated to Business Class and Magnifica).
- Genoa: desk 12.
- Lamezia Term: desk 1 (dedicated to Business Class and Magnifica).
- Naples: desk 30.
- Reggio Calabria: desk 1 (dedicated to Business Class and Magnifica).
- Venice: desk 36, located near the security gates, also dedicated for Business, Club Ulisse and Freccia Alata frequent flyer passengers.
- Trieste: desk assigned daily (please check at the airport on date of travel).
- London Heathrow: Terminal 2, Drop off check-in desk beside Business Class desk
- Athens: Dedicated Alitalia Club Class desk
- Barcelona: Terminal A, Business desk - Drop-off.
- Berlin: Alitalia Business Class desk.
- Brussels: Isle 6, desks 2-3.
- Bucharest: Dedicated Alitalia Club Class desk
- Cairo: Desk 19 (near Alitalia Club Class desk, same as Telecheck-in)
- Frankfurt: Terminal 1B, desk 658-660.
- Madrid: Terminal 2, Business desk - Drop-off.
- Prague: Desk number 200 Business class dedicated
