More flights to Albania
After the suspension of flights by the airline Belle Air, Alitalia and Air One are increasing links between Italy and Albania to meet the travel needs of the Italian-Albanian community.
From December 22, 2013, Alitalia will introduce a new direct international route between Turin and Tirana, the capital city of Albania. There will be three flights per week, operated by Airbus aircraft from the airline's medium-haul fleet.
The two airlines will offer a total of 114 flights per week between Italy and Albania.
In order to make traveling easier for Belle Air passengers with an air ticket (or receipt for an electronic ticket) for the Albanian airline issued before November 22, Alitalia is offering a discount of 30% (taxes and fees excluded) on the purchase of a new Alitalia ticket for a flight to Tirana.
Tickets at discounted rates for Belle Air passengers can only be purchased, by December 20, by calling the dedicated number +39 06 65859022, during the following hours:
- Monday–Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm;
- Saturday–Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
On all its routes to/from Tirana, Air One has made 13,000 seats available for sale from EUR 49 per journey leg (all inclusive) for flights from December 9 to March 24, 2014.
Tickets at these prices may be purchased, by Belle Air passengers as well, at www.flyairone.com.
