We would like to remind you that this fee is only refundable in the event that:
- The company cancels the flight
- The company changes the type of aircraft
- The passenger misses a connecting intercontinental flight following a flight operated by the company or partner company
- There were technical problems with the seat chosen
- The company exercised its right to assign or reassign the seat with extra legroom before or after boarding for operational or safety reasons
This fee is not refundable in the event that the requirements requested and illustrated in the accepted regulations were not met. In the event that you decided to purchase, on board or at the check-in desks, an upgrade to a higher travel class, no refund will be given.
