NEW LOGIN PROCEDURES TO THE PERSONAL AREA

 

The procedure for accessing the reserved area in the MilleMiglia Program has been changed.

 

As from 13 November 2018, setting new credentials will be possible when registering to the Program; the email address must be unique and will identify only one MilleMiglia Member.

 

In order for you to be recognised, new credentials are required to gain access, namely

 

USERNAME

alphanumeric code with a minimum of 8 characters, consisting of at least one alphabet character, at least one number and no special characters

PASSWORD

must have a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 191 characters; it must include at least one upper case character, one lower case character, one number and one special character

 

Members who have joined the Program before this date can use their MilleMiglia code and PIN to set new credentials.

 

In the event of loss, you can retrieve your PIN online via the “Retrieve PIN” button.

 

To guarantee secure access, an authentication system via mobile phone or a security question has been introduced.

 

 

 

After setting your new credentials, you can still choose to use your MilleMiglia as a username.

 

Keep the PIN you have used until now: you may need it to access certain services provided by the Call Center.

 

 

FAQ

How do you create new credentials?

 

Access the Login page and enter your MilleMiglia code and PIN. You will then be asked to choose a username and a password.

In order to make access even more secure, you need to certify the email address you use and choose a security verification procedure, using a verification code via mobile phone, a secret question, or both.

 

What is a username?

 

The username is one of the new login credentials together with the password. It is chosen by the MilleMiglia Member. It is an alphanumeric code with a minimum of 8 characters, consisting of at least one alphabet character, at least one number and no special characters. The username is unique: there cannot be two identical usernames associated to two different MilleMiglia Member profiles.

 

What is a password?

 

The password is one of the new login credentials together with the username. It is chosen by the  MilleMiglia Members create it. It must be 8 to 191 characters long, comprising at least one upper case character, one lower case character, one number and one special character.

 

What is a verification code?

 

It is a code that is sent in real time to the email or mobile phone specified by the Member for the security verification in order to authenticate the Member’s unique identity. It will be required every time a change is made to sensitive data in the Personal Area or to recover login credentials.

 

 Isn't the MilleMiglia code needed any more?

 

The MilleMiglia code will continue to be used for all mile-earning and mile-using operations. After the first login, you can use the MilleMiglia as a username to access the Personal Area along in combination with the password.

 

Isn't the PIN needed any more?

 

The PIN you have used until now can be used for some services requested through the Call Center (for example a mileage statement over the phone).

 

Can I retrieve my PIN?

 

Yes, you can retrieve your PIN through the appropriate procedure. You can then customise your PIN as many times as you want by accessing the Personal Area.

 

Can I retrieve my password or username?

 

Yes, you can retrieve both credentials via the “Retrieve credentials” link. In both cases you will be asked to proceed with security verification via the verification code sent to your mobile phone or secret question.

 

Can I change my username?

 

Yes, you can change your username by accessing the Personal Area in the Personal Details section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with one of the security verification procedures.

 

Can I change my password?

 

Yes, you can change your password by accessing the Personal Area in the Personal Details section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with one of the security verification procedures.

 

Can I change my email?

 

Yes, you can change your email by accessing the Personal Area in the Personal Details section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with the security verification procedure via email.

 

Can I change my phone contact number?

 

Yes, you can change your phone contact number by accessing the Personal Area in the Personal Details section.

You can change the mobile phone number associated with security verification. In this case, the security verification will be via email. The change requires a new certification in real time of the new number via a verification code.

 

Can I change my secret question?

 

Yes, you can change your security question by accessing the Personal Area in the Personal Details section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with security verification.
