LOGIN PROCEDURES TO THE PERSONAL AREA

 

You can access your Personal Area (link a personal area del mercato) of the MilleMiglia Program choosing from the following two procedures. 

 

MILLEMIGLIA CODE and PIN

The MilleMiglia code is written in all emails you receive from the Program.

 

A PIN is the 4-number code Members receive when completing registration to the MilleMiglia Program.

In the event of loss, a PIN can be retrieved online via the function Retrieve PIN.

 

 

USERNAME and PASSWORD

As from November 2018, when registering for the first time, you are required to set a username and a password.

If you have lost your credentials, you can access your Personal Area via the MILLEMIGLIA CODE and PIN procedure. Should it be necessary, you can retrieve your PIN online via the function Retrieve PIN (link a recupero PIN personal area del mercato).

 

Members who have joined the Program before this date can use their MilleMiglia code and PIN to set new credentials.

 

In the event of loss, you can retrieve your PIN online via the “Retrieve PIN” button.

 

To guarantee secure access, an authentication system via mobile phone or a security question has been introduced.

 

 

 

FAQ

 

 

WHAT IS A USERNAME?

The username is one of the new login credentials together with the password. It is chosen by the MilleMiglia Member. It is an alphanumeric code with a minimum of 8 characters, consisting of at least one alphabet character, at least one number and no special characters. The username is unique: there cannot be two identical usernames associated to two different MilleMiglia Member profiles.

WHAT IS A PASSWORD?

The password is one of the new login credentials together with the username. It is chosen by the MilleMiglia Members create it. It must be 8 to 191 characters long, comprising at least one upper case character, one lower case character, one number and one special character.

WHAT IS A VERIFICATION CODE?

It is a code that is sent in real time to the email or mobile phone specified by the Member for the security verification in order to authenticate the Member’s unique identity. It will be required every time a change is made to sensitive data in the Personal Area or to recover login credentials.

CAN I USE MY MILLEMIGLIA CODE?

Yes, you can use your MilleMiglia code together with your PIN as an alternative to username and password to access your Personal Area.  You will still use your MilleMiglia code every time you need to earn and use miles.  

CAN I USE MY PIN?

You can use your PIN together with your MIlleMiglia code as an alternative to username and password to access your Personal Area. You may use your PIN to request certain services via the Call Center (for instance, to receive your mileage account statement on the phone).

CAN I RETRIEVE MY PIN?

Yes, you can retrieve your PIN online via the function Retrieve PIN. You can then customise your PIN as many times as you want by accessing your Personal Area.

CAN I RETRIEVE MY PASSWORD OR USERNAME?

If you have lost your credentials, you can access your Personal Area using your MILLEMIGLIA CODE and PIN. Should it be necessary, you can retrieve your PIN online via the function Retrieve PIN (link a recupero PIN personal area del mercato). 

CAN I CHANGE MY USERNAME?

Yes, you can change your username by accessing your Personal Area in the Personal Information section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with one of the security verification procedures. 

CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Yes, you can change your password by accessing your Personal Area in the Personal Information section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with one of the security verification procedures.

CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL?

Yes, you can change your email by accessing your Personal Area in the Personal Information section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with the security verification procedure via email.

CAN I CHANGE MY PHONE CONTACT NUMBER?

Yes, you can change your phone contact number by accessing your Personal Area in the Personal Information section.

You can change the mobile phone number associated with security verification. The change requires a new certification in real time of the new number via a verification code.

CAN I CHANGE MY SECRET QUESTION?

Yes, you can change your security question by accessing your Personal Area in the Personal Information section. To make this change you will be asked to proceed with security verification.
