If you have a MilleMiglia ticket you can rebook your flight by contacting the MilleMiglia Customer Service. If you would like to cancel your ticket in order to get miles and tax refund, send your request to email@example.com. Remember to attach the copy of your ticket.
New Members of the Program
Have you joined our Program in 2020? Members who have joined the Program from 1 January 2020 to 30 September 2020 will be able to complete their first activity with the Program within 4 months from registration, instead of 3, and earn the special Welcome Bonus of 2,000 miles.
Miles expiring due to inactivity
We value our Members’ miles. The cancellation of miles due to a 24-month period of inactivity* has been put on hold until 30 September 2020. Members who would have normally had their miles cancelled from January to Septmber 2020 will have more time to use them. Members are entitled to use their miles to fly next winter, requesting an award ticket or a discount when purchasing an Alitalia ticket via the option Cash&Miles.
