MilleMiglia Program – Communication to all Members
we wish to inform you that, in relation to the decision taken by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) in accordance with the European Commission, by which the aviation department of Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. in a.s. is expected to be transferred to the NewCo ITA (Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A.), Alitalia is going to cease its activities as of 15th October 2021.
ITA is a distinct company from Alitalia and Alitalia Loyalty, the company that manages the MilleMiglia Program. The European Commission has established that Alitalia Loyalty, will be ceded through a public and transparent tendering procedure, open to all interested parties; ITA will not be allowed to participate in this tender, as a sign of discontinuity between the two Companies.
Alitalia Loyalty intends to continue its activities even beyond 15th October 2021 assuring its constant and firm commitment to take care of more than 6 million MilleMiglia Members – and Companies enrolled in the BusinessConnect Program -, retained in the Program by means of longstanding relationship of trust.
We are working to find new solutions in order to reward our Members’ and Companies’ loyalty, involving our partners in this new challenge. Together we will be able to explore new ideas and define new initiatives, with the common goal to make our Members choose our Program everyday.

HOW TO UPDATE DATA
Send a request to the address email@example.com, containing:
- the correct e-mail address
- any other data you wish to update
- a scan of a valid ID document (PDF or JPG format maximum 2.5 Mb) for verification.
