EXPIRATION OF MILES DUE TO INACTIVITY

The MilleMiglia Regulation provides that miles expire also due to inactivity, i.e. lack of movement on the MilleMiglia account. If no mile accumulation activity with Alitalia or with one of the Airline and Commercial Partners of the Program is registered in the last 24 months, the available miles will be cancelled, with no possibility of recovering them.

We invite you to check that your miles are not expiring due to inactivity by consulting your

online account  statement or by contacting the MilleMiglia Customer Service.

If you do not want to lose your miles, just do any activity that involves the accumulation of miles by the expiry date. All it takes is a flight with Alitalia or with one of the Airline Partners, or the use of a service provided by the Commercial Partners of the Program.
