ALITALIA ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF FLIGHTS DEPARTING FROM 15 OCTOBER: RESCHEDULING OR COMPENSATION WILL BE POSSIBLE
Alitalia under Extraordinary Administration will soon release a timely and direct communication, via e-mail, to customers who have purchased flights departing from 15 October. The notice will include guidelines for the management of the ticketing process. For further details please click here. In order to guarantee the full safeguard of consumers, customers will be given the opportunity to replace the flight with an equivalent one managed by Alitalia within 14 October; otherwise, it will be possible to receive a full refund of the ticket.
