1000 MIGLIA 2021 THE ROUTE
The 2021 edition of the re-enactment of 1000 Miglia will introduce an absolute novelty: for the first time, the direction of travel of the race will be inverted, retracing the original course of the race counter clockwise. From Brescia, the crews will head to the Tyrrhenian coast, stopping in Viareggio and leaving the following day for Rome. The third stage will leave from the capital city and travel north, ending beyond the Apennines, in Bologna. The fourth and last stage will go from Bologna and end, as usual, in Brescia. The route will pass through three very demanding mountain passes: the Cisa, Futa and Raticosa passes, putting the crews and their cars to the test.
1000 MIGLIA GREEN – CROSSING THE FUTURE
The 39th edition of 1000 Miglia will also see the return of 1000 Miglia Green. This is reserved for a limited number of alternative-fuel hyper cars, and will take place simultaneously with the competition for historic cars, once again confirming the mission of the Red Arrow: to be a point of contact between the celebration of tradition and a laboratory for the future of cars and mobility, summarized in the motto Crossing the Future.
