REFUND REQUEST FOR COMFORT SEATS
Passenger is entitle to a refund of the extra comfort seat only in the event that:
- The company cancels the flight
- The company changes the type of aircraft and, in case the passenger is rebooked on a different flight, there is no available seat of the type which was purchased;
- The passenger misses a connecting intercontinental flight due to a delay of the flight operated by the company or partner company
- There were technical problems with the seat
- The company exercised its right to assign or reassign the seat with extra legroom before or after boarding for operational or safety reasons
- Causes of force majeure that entitle the passenger to a ticket refund and to renounce to fly (i.e.: certified illness, death, natural events or political unrest).
This amount is not refundable if you did not meet the requirements shown in the accepted regulations or if you decided to buy an upgrade to the higher class on board.
