After checking in via Online Check-in, take the baggage you want to check to the dedicated drop-off desks, where available, or to the Business Class check-in desks.
Unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers must check in at the airport check-in desk, where they will be assisted by dedicated staff.
The service is available from 2 days before the flight's departure, even if you have baggage to be checked.

Passengers with disabilities can enjoy the same discount by calling the dedicated Special Assistance number the day before the flight's departure.
The light fares check-in is available only online, from the mobile, from the Alitalia App or at the fast check-in desks at the airport**. It is not possible to change the seat assignment.
*The 20% discount on the fare at the airport is not applicable at the light fares.
**Passengers traveling with animal in cabin and passengers requiring special assistance must still check-in at the airport counters.
FLIGHTS TO CANADA
As of December 29, 2015, all passengers departing from / to Canada will not be able to print their boarding pass online. Passengers may finalize the check-in process on-line. Boarding passes must be printed at the airport check-in counter before the closing of airport check-in operations. Check-in closing times.
