Alitalia resumes its direct connections between Rome and Trapani from 8 July, after a 2-year hiatus.
The new flights will operate until 17 September twice weekly in July and September (Saturday and Sunday) and with daily connections for the whole month of August.
With this news service, Alitalia increases its services for western Sicily, adding to its network this popular seaside destination, favoured both by Italian and foreign tourists.
Furthermore, from Trapani, it is easy to reach the most famous tourist destinations of the region, such as San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Favignana and the other Egadi Islands.
Flights between Rome and Trapani will be operated with Airbus A319 aircraft.
