Alitalia and the other Airline Partners of the Program, where possible, are gradually re‑establishing flights to many destinations in Italy and Europe to allow you to safely reach your favourite destination, even for your holidays. Until 31 March 2021 the change of flight is always free, on all flights and in all classes of travel.
Today more than ever the MilleMiglia Program is pleased to accompany you and to facilitate your return on board with the introduction of many new features and to start leaving behind the difficult moment we have lived through.
The current edition has been extended until 31 December 2021. You will therefore have the possibility to accumulate many more miles during this and next year and, above all, to use them until 31 January 2022.
Special attention is given to our most faithful Members, to thank them for the trust shown even in this particular period. All Exclusive Club Members' Cards expiring in 2021 have been extended until March 2022, to allow them to live another year of comfort and dedicated services. See here the conditions.
If you have a MilleMiglia ticket you can rebook your flight by contacting the MilleMiglia Customer Service. If you would like to cancel your ticket in order to get miles and tax refund, send your request to email@example.com. Remember to attach the copy of your ticket.
New Members of the Program
Have you joined our Program in 2020? Members who have joined the Program from 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2021 will be able to complete their first activity with the Program within 4 months from registration, instead of 3, and earn the special Welcome Bonus of 2,000 miles.
Miles expiring due to inactivity
We value our Members’ miles. The cancellation of miles due to a 24-month period of inactivity* has been put on hold until 15 December 2020. Members who would have normally had their miles cancelled from January to Septmber 2020 will have more time to use them. Members are entitled to use their miles to fly next winter, requesting an award ticket or a discount when purchasing an Alitalia ticket via the option Cash&Miles.

*The Regulations of the MilleMiglia Program (art. 4.22) state that after a 24 (twenty-four) month period, during which the Member has not carried out any activities that earn miles, the miles will be considered expired and be cancelled from the Member’s account
