HOW TO BUY

Buying tickets for your preferred attraction or activity is easy - just four steps, using the

This will immediately show:

 

  • attractions available, based on the Member’s location.
  • ideas and proposals based on previous visits and choices.

 

You can also search for activities in a host of locations around the world, to organise and book your visits ahead of time. Each option is shown with a star rating, along with the price, including special offers.

 

Each box produced by the search offers an information page indicating ticket availability, times, a description of the visit, the options included, and detailed assessments by other users.

 

To buy tickets, simply click the icon marked: “Book”. 

1) BOOKING DETAILS

For each booking you can choose:

  • Visit date from those available
  • Number of tickets based on the types available (adults, children, reduced fee, seniors)
  • Cancellation and changes, an option available free of charge for some products, or paying a percentage of the total price for others, making it possible to cancel up to the day before, and to recover the cost of the ticket.

Based on the choices made, the total price to be paid will be displayed immediately, along with a lot of other useful information on the venue and the visit.

To proceed, click “Go to next step” to enter your details.

2) YOUR DETAILS

Complete your booking by entering all the details requested, including your MilleMiglia code in the dedicated box. The MilleMiglia code must conform to the norm provided.

The box will immediately display the miles earned by buying the tickets.

To proceed, click “Confirm Booking” to make payment.

3) PAYMENT

Choose one of the payment modes offered, by:

  • Entering all reference details for Credit Cards
  • Logging in to the specific PayPal website

Once payment has been made, a confirmation page is displayed with details of the purchase made, and confirmation of the miles earned.

The Member will receive an e-mail confirming payment, with a summary of the booking:

  • Activity name
  • Date, time, and number of tickets
  • Total amount paid

The digital tickets, valid for entering the attraction / activity directly, will be sent in a separate e-mail. These can be used from your smartphone, avoiding having to print them.

From the e-mail you can also activate a reminder of the visit in your calendar.

You can also register on the Tiqets portal by simply confirming the e-mail.

By doing so, you will also have quick, easy access to:

 

  • Automatic completion of the fields with your details, for subsequent bookings.
  • Your electronic tickets.
  • Your “wish list” of preferred destinations.

 

The miles will be credited within 45 days of completion of the visit.

Should the miles not be credited, you can ask for them by writing to customerservice@tiqets.com providing the booking details: order number, product bought and date of the visit, name and surname used for the booking, MilleMiglia code.

 

* Crediting of the miles will only be guaranteed for bookings made via the dedicated MilleMiglia portal.
