The largest of the Ionian Islands, Cephalonia is the perfect destination if you're looking for calm seas, wild beaches and contact with nature, perhaps by taking an adventurous hike inland through forests and mountains. Thessaloniki is one of the youngest and most dynamic places in Greece, the ideal access point to reach the islands of Skiathos and Skopelos and also explore the Chalkidiki region.
