Booking a car parking bay is easy, it just takes 4 steps using the


Search parking bays by entering:

  • Parking venue (key in the initial letters of the place name, and select the required location from the drop-down menu)
  • Parking start and end date and time


Select the parking bay from those on the list by clicking the green button for the amount to be paid.

You can also view the location of the parking spaces on the map interactively, to quickly choose the most convenient or closest to where you are going.

For each parking bay you can view:

  • the price to be paid, including any current promotions
  • the means and time required for the transfer (if an airport, station, or port is selected)
  • the main characteristics of the parking bay
  • the services offered during the parking period

By clicking each parking bay you can access the information page, with opening hours, detailed information on services, instructions for arrival and return to the parking bay, and specific conditions for cancelling your booking.


Complete your booking by entering all the details requested, including your MilleMiglia code, which is obligatory for earning miles.

During this phase you can enter a “Discount coupon” code if you have one, and ask for one or more of the services offered by the parking establishment, by simply clicking the check box next to the service(s) chosen. The amount to be paid online will be updated automatically in the box to the right.

By clicking the envelope icon in the box with the total amount to be paid, you can send yourself an e-mail for the booking, to complete the process at a later stage*.

* If the purchase is not completed immediately, the price for the booking may change at a later stage.


Select your preferred “Payment method” by entering:

  • all required data for Credit Cards
  • logging in to the specific PayPal website

Once payment has been finalised, you will be sent an e-mail summarising the booking, and the times and instructions for entering the parking establishment. If the parking area is automated, the e-mail will also contain the QR code to be used to access the area.

The cancellation procedure can be carried out for current bookings, prior to the parking date.


Bookings can be cancelled on the TravelCar website itself, by clicking the link in the booking e-mail received, before the start time for parking.

If the booking is cancelled earlier than 72 hours prior to the start time for parking TravelCar undertakes to return the entire amount paid by the Member.

If the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours beforehand, 50% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.

Once the start time for the parking has past, no reimbursement will be paid.

Please note: when booking you can pay for the optional extra of cancellation insurance, which will allow you to cancel at any time.

The miles earned will be credited within 30 days of check-out from the parking area.

If the miles are not credited, you can ask for them within 3 months of ending the parking, by writing to providing the booking details and check-out date.
