EXTRA BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE REFUND REQUEST
We remind you that this fee is only refundable in the event that your flight is not operated by Alitalia or in the event that the baggage for which you purchased the excess in advance is lost and not found within 45 days.
This fee is non-refundable if you decide to bring with you a smaller amount of baggage with respect to what is allowed on the basis of the advance purchase of the excess baggage allowance. If you decide to bring more baggage than the additional allowance purchased in advance, you will be asked to pay the normal fare for excess baggage.
